Job Title: Fleet Procurement AdministratorReports to: Head of UK ProcurementMain Objectives: Working in the Fleet Procurement department, the successful candidate will be pivotal as a support for all Fleet Procurement related activities. Based in our Leicester Support Centre (but with the option of home working on a flexible basis)the role will require regular use of our internal operating system along with GoogleSheets, Excel and Word.Key Tasks Responsibilities: Vehicle model creation using supply templates provided by manufacturers. Management of fleet procurement related invoicing along with the creation and processing of purchase orders where required. Maintain and monitor the internal catalogue and blanket order process Manage and coordinate the Fleet Procurement inbox Coordinate the vehicle SIPP creation process across multiple business functions. Coordinate the removal and repatriation of loose items from vehicles (at PDI). Reconcile DVLA records with the Fleet Database in order to prevent fraud, ensure tax compliance and detect correct vehicle ownership. Support the Fleet Procurement Team on daily and weekly tasks. Work with Fleet Planning, Fleet Procurement and Fleet Operations to ensure data is updated in line with changes and business needs. Be proactive and flexible in dealing with ad hoc requests from various departments.Key Skills Required: Must be highly organised and able to work to tight deadlines. Excellent communicator both verbal and written. Have the ability to work well as part of a team as well as an individual using their own initiative. Able to work well under pressure. Strong eye for detail.
