Job Description

Join our community.The Financial Crime team support and continually enhance the systems that protect the bank. We are responsible for the regulatory checks needed for Know Your Customer, Anti Money Laundering, due diligence, and transaction monitoring. As a Financial Crime analyst, you will work with a cross-functional team to analyse, design, deliver, support and enhance our portfolio of detection systems. The difference youll make.

  • Managing the analysis and quality assurance lifecycle for selected Financial Crime IT changes
  • Delivering IT solutions that meet the requirements of the bank and the regulators
  • Reporting of progress and issues in a clear and understandable format
  • Providing support and additional bandwidth to the cross-functional team through knowledge sharing and self-learning
  • Ensuring that changes are delivered to expected quality and timescales
  • Analysing business and technical requirements to provide a clear and concise solution and getting agreement from all stakeholders
What youll bring.
  • Experience of gathering, analysing and documenting requirements
  • Experience of end-to-end quality assurance process including testing in a software development lifecycle
It would also be nice for you to have.
  • Strong teamwork and relationship building across technical and business teams
  • An understanding of Financial Crime systems and / or processes
  • To turn complex business requirements into documented, agreed, solutions for the development team
  • A passion for quality control with the ability to own and track issues until they are resolved
What else you need to know.This is a permanent job role mainly based working from home, but you may be advised to attend the office in Carlton Park. The Scheduled working hours within this job role are 35 hours per week with a requirement to provide support out of hours as required.
