Finance Business Partner | Leicestershire | Manufacturing | Salary up to £50,000 + benefitsA fantastic opportunity has arisen witha multi-site manufacturing organisation inLeicestershireto act as Finance Business Partnermanaging P&L, balance sheet, reporting and performance.As theFinance Business Partner,you will be responsible for ensuring commercial decisions are made by analysing market trends, performance,andmargin as well as a detailed breakdown of variances, challenging where required, between actualand expected results.TheFinance Business Partnerwill be based from head office in Leicestershireand will involve regular face time with Operations, Commercialand Sales. You will therefore require exceptional relationship management skills and confidence topresent complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.The RoleReporting to the Financial Controller you will be responsible for challenging, supporting and controlling commercial financial performance within the relevant BAU. Dealing with numerous senior stakeholders, you will build strong relationships working on keyprojects to maximise profit and minimise risk, including supporting negotiations.
