Job Description

Family Solicitor- Leicester£35k plus benefitsWe are seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join an SQM accredited, well established law firm at their office in the heart of Leicester.This is a great opportunity for an experienced Family Solicitor to join the Family Law department and really drive it forward. You will be taking on an existing caseload but will have ample opportunity and support to further develop your own business.The position will involve:

  • Running your own caseload of Family Law matters including divorce, financial settlements, co-habitation, prenuptial agreements, civil partnerships and Legal Aid matters.
  • Managing a small team of experienced and supportive staff
    • You will be well-supported in this role by a Family Secretary and Paralegals, and will have the advantage of using cutting edge IT case management software.Suitable candidates will have around 5 years+ PQE, and hold panel accreditation (Family/Child//Resolution) and will have extensive experience of running your own caseload from start to finish including Legal Aid matters.This is a full-time, permanent position, however flexible hours and remote working for part of the week may be accommodated for suitably qualified and experienced candidates.
