Job Description

Employee Benefits Account Manager - Previous Employee Benefit experience required.Hybrid - 2 Days inAs an Employee Benefits Account Broker, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional client service and strategic benefits solutions. Collaborating with clients, insurers and internal teams, you will play a vital role in designing, implementing,and managing comprehensive employee benefits programs.This dynamic position requires a good understanding of the benefits landscape, excellent relationship-building skills, and a strategic mindset to ensure the well-being of our clients employees.What are we looking for

  • Market understanding of the employee benefits landscape, including private medical insurance, group risk, and business protection.
  • Insurance market expertise, demonstrating familiarity with current practices, key providers, and products within employee benefits.
  • System proficiency, including CRM systems/database, MS Office, insurer online quotation systems, broker portals, credit control, and accounts functions.
  • Effective communication skills suitable for interactions with clients, insurers, team members, and external stakeholders.
  • Adherence to procedures, demonstrating the ability to plan, organise, and manage work demands independently.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation skills to navigate complexities within the employee benefits landscape.
