Job Description

We are recruiting for a dynamic email marketing specialist to join the Ecommerce team. You will be given the opportunity to manage, develop and evaluate Email marketing activities.Client DetailsOur client is a leading British fashion group with over a hundred years of heritage. They have recently expanded its ecommerce activities and is now looking to develop this area of the business substantially.DescriptionEmail marketing executive involves:

  • Daily management of the design, build and send of effective customer facing email communications, using promotional and automated email campaigns
  • Work closely with the key stakeholders to create campaigns to increase sales, drive recruitment and retention
  • Managing automated/trigger email campaigns
  • Drive strategy and campaign planning by analysing performance and KPIs
  • Align email marketing, social media, and content strategy
  • Supporting the Head of Ecommerce in delivering the strategy of the channel, and working with the wider Ecommerce team in delivering channel-holistic results
    • ProfileTo be considered for this email marketing executive role you must have:
  • 3+ years of marketing experience including email-marketing, deliverability, testing and automation
  • Experience of working with dotdigital engagement cloud platform
  • Impeccable English writing skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and under deadline pressure
