Job Description

Electrical Design Engineer required for a leading manufacturer of Automated Special Purpose Machinery based in the Leicester area. Due to the ongoing success, they require an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join the well-established team.This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Electrical Design Engineer to join a growing team and work on a variety of projects.Electrical Design Engineer Position Overview

  • Producing electrical schematic drawings of special purpose machinery using AutoCAD Electrical software
  • Ensuring electrical drawings are compliant with company and industry standards
  • Preparing Bill of Materials
  • Providing Technical Support to the workshop team
  • Liaising with suppliers to obtain cost effective solutions
Electrical Design Engineer Position Requirements
  • Experience with electrical design software such as AutoCAD Electrical, EPlan or Solidworks.
  • Knowledge within automation or special purpose machinery is desirable.
  • Good attention to detail
  • Based in a commutable distance of Leicester
Electrical Design Engineer Position Remuneration
  • Salary £35,000 - £42,000 - Dependent upon experience
  • 31 Days Holiday, including Bank Holidays
  • Full Time, Permanent position. 37.5 hour working week.
