Some experience of edtech networks, and possibly SQL would be highly advantageous. (as well as dns, dhcp, tcip/ip, server, desktop, software) So if you are a technical officer in a school or college, this would be a perfect transition into corporate!You will have good communication skills and customer focussed as the work will be helpdesk analyst based, onboarding new customers, providing support, data integrity, possibly training, pre and post sales support, CRM use, database experienced (IE sims, bromcom, isams, arbor etc), problem solving, continuous learningYou will be part of a big and growing team with all the career opportunities that brings.
