Are you an Early Career Teacher (ECT)/ Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) Finished your PGCE and looking for an ECT/NQT placement Or looking to gain more experience across a variety of schools across Leicester City or Leicestershire and year groups from EYFS - Year 6 Aspire People are recruiting professional ECT/NQT for day-to-day supply, full/part time, short/long term contracts and placements for Jan 2022.We strong partnerships with trusts and schools across Leicester City and Leicestershire that are wanting to have enthusiastic, passionate and reliable Early Career Teacher (ECT)/ Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) to be a part of their team.The Early Career Teacher (ECT)/ Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) must have good knowledge of the national curriculum, be creative, strong behaviour management skills, presence in the classroom and be apart of a team.The Early Career Teacher (ECT)/ Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) must also be able to think on their feet, be flexible and adaptable to the student abilities and changing environment that supply offers.
