Job Description

Ecommerce and Digital Marketing ExecutiveLocation: Leicester (LE2) - Office basedSalary: CompetativeDuration: Permanent (37.5 hours a week)Company DetailsA fashion business based in Leicester. We design and produce all our products in house and have access to some of the best licenses in the UK. As well as supplying some of the UK’s largest fashion retailers we also have our own ecommerce website and are very active on Amazon and eBay.We are currently recruiting for a Ecommerce Digital Marketing Executive. The role requires an individual who has at least 2 years’ experience in an e-com role. You would be responsible for managing both the company’s ecommerce site and the corporate website for this fast-growing fashion business. With the support of the Ecommerce and Digital Marketing Manager you will be involved in every aspect of the company’s ecommerce and marketing activities.The roleKey Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of our eCommerce website. Updating the Homepage, category pages, product pages and information pages.
  • Creating and uploading products - writing informative, persuasive, and SEO-friendly product features and descriptions. Creating, organising, and editing product imagery and descriptions, metadata.
  • Management of the content calendar and scheduling social media posts
  • Management of all the companies Social Media
  • Creating and managing listings on Amazon & eBay
  • Assisting with PPC and Social Media Marketing
  • Creating and implementation of email marketing campaigns
  • Designing and send marketing emails to mailing lists
  • Analysis and reporting through Google analytics and Excel
  • General ad-hoc administration and customer service
    • The person
  • At least two years’ experience of working within an Ecommerce/Digital Marketing role
  • Related degree (preferred)
  • Good understanding of Ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Squarespace, Magento, WordPress etc.
  • Must have experience in selling across marketplace platforms (Amazon, eBay etc.)
  • Good communications skills and excellent written English
  • Experience working with Google Ads, Analytics, Search Console and Facebook Ad Manager
  • Experience using an email platform like Mailchimp or Klaviyo
  • Highly competent with Excel and Photoshop knowledge would be advantageous
  • Ability to assume responsibility for a task as directed - self starter
  • Proactive, positive, and self-motivated team player - a readiness to work as part of a team and support colleagues
