This is a perfect opportunity for somebody in the E-Commerceprofession who is looking for a progressive opportunity to own and grow, prospects for a Directorship are realistic for the future.The RoleYou’ll be taking on a already established Magento website, managing, running, directing strategy and implementing core digital activities. You’ll own the P&L, budgets, managing agencies and external developers, overseeing key projects in engaging with an onlineaudience aiming at doubling current revenues inside 3 years.You’ll be heavily present in working with business owners in reporting, product ranges and pricing strategy providing key insight into ROAS, content development, business improvements and associated ROI.The CandidateWe’re looking to draw interest from established E-Commerce professionals. You’ll either be in a similar role currently or ready for your next step. Essentially you’ll be an outstanding project manager, commercially astute and adept with all things that go withgrowing an E-Commerce business. Magento expertise is also essential. Preferred would be E-Commerce expertise from within a product based business, light industrial, POS, Merchants, Construction, Parts, Components or Aftermarket.The BenefitsSalary guide c£45k, 25 days holiday, Pension scheme, Death in Service, Parking onsite. There are discretionary performance related bonuses expected to be around c£5k per annum
