Job Description

Dispatch ClerkOngoing/temp to perm available for a dispatch clerk in Leicester for a well known market leader.Shifts:4 on 4 off then 5 on 5 off basis across day and night shifts.Day shifts - 06:00 start - 18:00 finishNight shifts - 18:00 start - 06:00 finishJob role will include:

  • Pre-brief drivers
  • De-brief drivers
  • Answer the phone
  • Booked vehicles in to the garage
  • Arrange delivery and collection of vehicles
  • Use vehicle tracking to locate deliveries
  • Book deliveries
    • Pay rate: £18,000-20,000 p/aThe Candidate:
  • Previous experience in transport is preferred but not essential
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills
  • Work well with others or independently if needed
  • Have good customer service skills and an eye for detail
