Mercia Group is one of them!Mercia Group is one of the leading providers of training and support services to the UK accountancy profession, working with over 8000 firms nationwide.Main Purpose of RoleAs a Digital Product Executive you will help grow and retain revenue of the Mercia Promote digital product portfolio.You will managing multiple product related projects working closely with the Head of Client Marketing Innovation to create new and evolve current products, solutions and developments.You will use your creative and inquisitive mindset to take ownership of our Promote product, researching, analysing and assessing trends to identify opportunities and innovative improvements to provide us with a commercial, competitive advantage for both existing and new products.You will need to be extremely digitally astute as you will be a key support contact for clients with existing digital products (websites, app, social media) and be the touch-point for queries within the business and externally with prospect customers.This is a varied, fast-paced and high profile role, working with multiple departments across the business. You will find yourself working closely with marketing and sales teams to provide support for effective product launches, and the creation and execution of successful product campaigns. You will also work closely with the sales team to ensure product information and benefits are communicated effectively.You will use your strong digital knowhow to become a true subject matter expert, providing guidance and advice to all linked with the product and driving innovation through your strong product growth leadership.Skills and Experience Required- Experience in the same or similar role such as Brand Manager/Product Manager/Executive- Experience of product innovation or product development- A creative, inquisitive mindset with experience in researching, analysing and assessing trends to identify opportunities- Experience in leading meetings around product innovation and improvements- Commercial acumen- Experience of managing multiple product related projects- To be extremely digitally astute with a thorough understanding of website, social media and app products in order to become a true subject matter expert"We are committed to equality, equality of opportunity and valuing diversity" Required skills
