Job Summary Work with, coach, and support other members of staff with digital queries in productivity suites (email, calendar,documents, spreadsheets, databases) such as Microsoft Office or Google.Non London - £21,000 - £23,000paLondon - £24,600 - £26,900pa Essential Job Duties 1.Conduct digital literacy sessions with customers remotely using co-browsing software2. Coaching people through user interfaces or systems specifically the customer portal for RestartEmployment Support Hub3. Monitor customer feedback and be a champion for digital literacy in the Central Support FunctionSignpost customers to CPN partners or for digital access funding where appropriate4. Conduct training sessions to improve the digital literacy of internal colleagues5. Create regular digital literacy assessments for colleagues and customers to assess further training that might be needed6. Excellent organisational skills.7. Excellent communication skills with people at all levels.
