EXPERIENCED DEPUTY/AGM REQUIREDCOOL RESTAURANT/BAR CONCEPTFRONT OF HOUSE/SERVICE FOCUSSEDQUALITY HIGH PROFILE MEDITERRANEAN STYLISH RESTAURANT/BAR OPERATIONLOCATION: LEICESTER AREASALARY: UP TO AROUND 35K (depending on experience) PLUS BONUS, BENEFITS, FUTURE PROGRESSION TO A BIGGER ROLE WITHIN THE GROUPI am currently working with an amazing company who are looking for a highly experienced Senior Deputy/AGM ready to take on the GM position within the next 6 months. Its a quality operation and the restaurant & bar serves quality dishes with a Mediterranean/Lebanese/Turkishfeel with fresh produce & organic drinks & a sph of around £30.The operation is on 2 levels with dining up until around 11pm with champagne & cocktails served later into the evening. The company have been working with a senior chef who has worked for well respected restaurants in both London & Dubai to develop an excitingmenu & the feel is very relaxed with superb service & a quality offering with mouth-watering mezze, delicious exciting dishes and an exceptional collection of cocktails, champagnes, beers and spirits.The venue is within has been completely refurbished with a Mediterranean palette of colours and has amazing views across the city centre. The company behind it have further successful quality restaurant operations, but are looking to grow this concept &open further sites so anyone joining has serious potential to develop into a bigger role in the future.What are we looking forPrevious experience as a Deputy or Senior Assistant Manager of a quality restaurant/bar group or well-respected independent operator with the right background/level of experience, ready to take the next step into general management. A mine-host with a great warm & welcoming personality, fully committed to providing outstanding level of guest service to ensure diners want to come back time and time again. The ability to develop strong local relationships. A desire to work in a busy, cool, quality operation serving great food and amazing drinks with impeccable service, yet a relaxed unpretentious feel. The ability to motivate a team to ensure the customer to provide the best guest experience, drive sales & maintain a fantastic reputation with the city. Strong FOH skillsBOH is minimal and the main focus is great service & atmosphere. Ideally has some experience of ensuring standards, policies and procedures are maintained at all times whilst managing the P & L. The ability to work in a busy environment and be part of an exciting brand new opening as well as a passion for great food/drinks and excellent service.
