You will also be actively involved in partnership working including linking into dementiafriendly communities across the county. Your excellent communication and listening skills will ensure you engage effectively with a wide range of organisations and individuals, including prospective funders, partners, stakeholders and supporters.You will be engaging with people at all levels across the area, so great networking and community development skills are essential, as is the ability to recognise and seize opportunities presented to you. You will be committed to putting people affected bydementia at the heart of everything we do, to make our service the best it can be.
