Fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company as a Field Debt Recovery Agent covering the Leicestershire area! You must have 2 years solid work experience within Debt, Customer Service and Complaints. Salary £25,200Work shift flexibility can be offered - core hours of 9am to 5pm Saturday hours available to include in shift overall if requiredEarlier finish on a Friday (30 mins)Monthly incentive payment scheme28 days holiday (including Bank holidays)DAY TO DAY DUTIES:As a Debt Recovery Agent you will perform site visits for a variety of purposes such as payment negotiation, payment collection, gas and electricity meter inspections, customer reconnection, property status reports, occupancy verification and vulnerability/ health and safety checks. The aim of the visit is to ensure the relevant account is resolved in a timely and efficient manner, with the best possible outcome achieved for all concerned." Site visiting for the recovery of outstanding balances owed to Utility supplier." Payment negotiation / Arrangement set up by agreement." Dispute resolution." Vulnerability checks." Welfare visits - ascertaining support needed by Customer to ensure correct debt follow up."
