Job Description

Due to continued growth, Consult are delighted to announce a great opportunity for a driven Customer Support Coordinator. Our client are a one of the worlds leading medical technology companies who continue to dominate the market. You will be rewarded with a handsome salary package and many other benefits.Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to both internal and external customers as part of a cross functional team
  • Quotation processing and clarification
  • Manage incoming orders for finished products
  • Provide sales support and advice to customers for all requests upstream of the order to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Management of service and demo activities
  • Management and administrative follow-up of files related to construction projects
  • Invoice and credit administration relating to all areas above
About You:
  • Experience of working in a customer service or sales administration function.
  • 2 years experience in customer services environment an advantage
  • Excellent telephone manner with good interpersonal skills
  • A Level (or equivalent standard education an advantage
  • Experience of working in an international environment or with an international company an advantage
  • Excellent written English (Degree level preferred)
  • Mastery of IT tools: MS Office pack, ERP (JDE / SAP), CRM (SFDC)
