  • Responsible for helping customers via incoming calls and emails
  • Have a conversational approach in dealing with customers
  • Maintain a high level of customer service ensuring a world class customer experience
  • General administrative duties as and when required
  • Updating and maintaining customer records
  • Raising queries on internal database with external customers
