Job Description

Our client is currently look for Customer Service Agents to join their growing team!Salary: £150 -£200 per week, plus bonusesLocation: Leicester, Shepshed & Burton on Trent area (Work remotely, but able to report to the Leicester branch at least twice a week)Hours: Part-time, 15-20 hoursAbout our client:Founded in 1898 they are the largest family owned home collected Credit Company in the UK, employing 240 agents and over 350 employees at 15 different branches. Currently over 40,000 customers use and benefit from our different services.The Customer Service Agent Role:Our client is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to work in the Leicester, Shepshed & Burton on Trent area servicing existing accounts, obtaining loan and retail orders and generating new leads. Their business is home collected consumer credit. As you develop within the role youll come to view the job as running your own small business.The Ideal Customer Service Agent will need the following:Our client is looking for candidates with good people skills who are hardworking, proactive and self-motivated. Must be a car owner.Required skills for the Customer Service Agent:

  • Delivers excellent Customer Service
  • Effective listening, communication (verbal and written), negotiation and good phone skills
  • Extensive contact with existing and potential customers
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Able to handle difficult customers with diplomacy and tact
  • Team player who works productively with wide range of people
  • Demonstrated success meeting sales targets/goals
