Gi Group is looking for Customer Service Advisors for our brilliant client based in Enderby.If you love working in a fast-paced environment and delivering exceptional customer service this is the job for you! This could be sorting out amissing parcel or an account query but youll put the customer first.Working within our Home Customer Service Team, this will be a unique customer service role as there are no sales targets; youll purely be measured on the service you deliver so you can focus entirely on giving truly outstanding customer service. We are lookingfor people who are as passionate about customer service as we are. Dont worry, you dont need to have worked in a call center before - we are looking for people who thrive in helping people whether this has been in retail or hospitality.
