No Experience Needed | Clear Progression Routes | Full Training ProvidedWe are looking for people who are passionate about helping people and providing outstanding great customer serviceHours: Youll work 37.5 hours a week on a rotating shift pattern between 08:00-19:00 Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 17:00 Saturday, and 09:00-13:00 Sunday. You will have to work ONLY 1 in 4 Weekends.Location: Youll be based at our vibrant hub in Leicester, with a mix of in-office and home working.Salary: Starting £19,800 with the added bonus of having developmental opportunities and potential to grow within the roleWhat will you be doing as a Customer Service AdvisorThe New Business Team provides customers with new quotes, whether theyre looking for car, bike, van, home, or multi-car/bike policies. We give them all the details they need to make an informed decision, making sure they have the right cover that suits alltheir needs. Wherever possible, you will support customers to complete the purchase of their policy, using one of our digital products.What are we looking for in a Customer Service Advisor

  • An insurance background is not necessary, we see many skills as transferrable, if you have a background in customer service whether it be within a contact centre, office based, retail or a hospitality environment wed love to hear from you
  • Self-motivated individuals that take pride in what they do, uphold our values, and focus on outcomes
  • Colleagues with a positive, empathetic, and patient approach
  • Clear communicators who can build rapport and bring their personality to work
  • People proficient at navigating software systems while managing a conversation
