THE OPPORTUNITY:Macildowie are currently looking for a Customer Service and Account Manager role working for a business based in Hamilton Leicestershire. This is a temporary position working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Managing incoming customer queries and complaints for your areaProcessing customer orders and quotationsContacting Customers to deal with price/availability queries, offering alternatives and advice.Liaising with purchasing/ warehouse/accounts to resolve those queriesMaintain company Operating System accurately with constant updates to customer detailsProviding cover on a daily basis to our Trade & Export Manager which will cover all the aspects listed above but for overseas and higher volume customersEXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE: In order to be considered for this position you must have mail order processing experience, a minimum of 5 years customer service experience, excellent communication skills both written and verbal, have a positive attitude, be able to deal with people at all levels, be ambitious and driven and be computer literate.
