Youll be working between the hours of 08:00 - 19:00. Monday to Friday.Location: We pride ourselves on a flexible approach to working, so a few days from our Bexhill-on-Sea or Leicester offices and a few days working from home.Salary: Starting £19,800 with the added bonus of having developmental opportunities and potential to grow within the roleWhat will you be doing as a Customer Advisor in our Policy Fraud DepartmentThe Policy Fraud department play an important role to ensure were providing the right outcome for the business and customer.You will be Identifying deliberate and unintentional policy misrepresentation. For example, a customer may claim they have 5 years no claim discount but have only been driving for 2 years.It will be your job to investigate and manage your own portfolio of application fraud cases, communicating with your customers in both verbal and written formWhat are we looking for in a Customer AdvisorWe are looking for self-sufficient and organised individuals.An insurance background is not necessary, we see many skills as transferrable, if you have a background in customer service whether it be within a contact centre, office based, retail or a hospitality environment wed love to hear from you.You should have strong communication skills and the natural ability to hold a conversation and identify potentially deceptive behaviours. You will face some objections and complaints so resilience is key.IT skills/data inputting skills with attention to detail are essential.What can we offer you as a Customer Advisor
