Conveyancing Solicitor - Leicester - £30,000 - £40,000My client is a highly regarded long standing Leicester based practice specializing in multiple areas of law including Conveyancing, Private Client, Family Law and Criminal Defence. Based out of central Leicester, this is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitiousand experienced Conveyancing Solicitor (or legal executive/licensed conveyancer) to join an established and rewarding Conveyancing team in the City.You will be working alongside the wider Conveyancing team and have responsibility for your own caseload of Conveyancing transitions which youll see through from instruction through to completion. Your caseload will be truly varied, and you will also handlemorecomplex transactions, such as shared ownership, leasehold matters, lease extensions, sales and purchases of part, plot sales and purchases and right to buy.You will also dealwith all aspects of post-completion, to include SDLT and Requisitions for HMLR and support the senior solicitors with the management and motivation of the wider team as and when necessary.
