One of the East Midlands leading full service Legal 500 commercial law firms with offices in Leicester is expanding its Residential Property team and seeking a passionate and confident Paralegal to develop the team.Youll be joining a well-established Residential Property department in Leicester working alongside the Team Leader and Solicitors in the team on an array of residential conveyancing transactions. Youll provide paralegal support to the fee earners within theteam and have exposure to high quality work. Your new role will include (but not be limited to)file creation and client due diligence, client file closing and archiving,drafting correspondence and documentation,ordering property searches, and issuing contracts,liaisingwith clients and third parties and dealing with basic enquiries andassisting the team with completions including pre-completion searches, SDLT forms etc.Youll be working alongside an award-winning department and have full support and further training from the department and management to progress and reach your full potential.Youll have previous Conveyancing experience (ideally a minimum of 6 months working in a paralegal or administration role within a busy conveyancingteam).On offer is a competitive salary which will be in line with your previous experience, along with full company benefits.To be considered for this role today, click apply or please contact Izzie Vaughan at G2 Legal.
