Job Description

Fantastic opportunity available to join a leading private contract holder as their Traineeship / AEB Contracts Manager. We are looking for a learner focussed and dynamic Contracts Manager to take full ownership of the Traineeship / AEB contract and developa plan for the project.As this is a senior level role, we are ideally looking for a Traineeship Contracts Manager that has strong sector specific experience and good knowledge of Government funding and regulations. The company are looking for a quality driven and reliable traineeshiplead who has the knowledge and experience to support staff and build on success.

  • Up to £35,000 per annum
The company are looking for a quality driven and reliable traineeship lead who has the knowledge and experience to support staff and build on success.Main responsibilities:Oversee the Delivery of Traineeship provision for 16-18 and 19-24 provisionDrive forward starts against profile.Oversee the learner engagement and enrolment process.Ensure the effective running of the pre-engagement and enrichment programmes surrounding the Traineeship provisionEnsure effective Individual Learning Plans are in place for each learner, taking into consideration various learning styles and individual learner needs.Be responsible for the on-going development of schemes of work and curriculum plans.Be responsible for and effectively manage timetabling and caseload for tutors in area of responsibility.Ensure compliance with the conditions of funding agreements and guidance always set by the ESFASkills and requirements:Experience of working within Education Sector within Traineeship / Employability ProvisionExperience in managing traineeships contracts and profile spend.Assessing, IQA and Teaching QualificationsIT proficiency with experience in education management information systems and e- portfolioStrong leadership skills.Applies flexibility, imagination, innovation, and creative problem-solving techniques.Up to date industry knowledge including legislation knowledge (ESFA, OFSTED)
