This is a key role for our client who are looking to expand their supply chain team with the appointment of a Supplier Performance Manager. This role will focus on monitoring and developing household repair contractors covering the East Midlands Region.The client, a large insurance claims company, has the largest contractor network in the UK and with repairs coming at a policyholders time of need, it is important the work is done to a high standard within set timescales.Your role as the Supplier Performance Manager, will be to ensure the above through audits, tracking performance, developing underperforming contractors and contractor onboarding around the East Midlands region.In return, the Supplier Performance Manager can expect a competitive salary, company car or car allowance, pension, 25 days annual leave plus much more.Key Duties* Performance Management of Suppliers & Contractors* Drive performance improvements through support and training* Develop relationships with key stakeholders.* Ensure compliance with H&S and FCA guidelines* Data Analysis and ReportingRequirements* Prior contractor management within household repairs* Good understanding of H&S, CDM legislation* Key stakeholder management* Excellent communication skills* Located in or around the East Midlands areaThough not essential, it would be advantageous if the supplier relationship manager had experience/qualifications in the following:* CIOB/RICS qualification* CII or CILA qualification* Experience of Insurance Claims ManagementPlease dont miss this opportunity and apply today with an updated CV.
