Distinct Recruitment are proud to be working exclusively with a fantastic organisation on the outskirts of Loughborough to hire a Content Manager. This organisation provide a service that allows NHS workers, people within the social care sector, armed forcesor emergency services with discounts at well-known online and high street retailers across the UK. The position is paying up to £30,000 however there is a highly achievable bonus available up to £5k.The purpose of the Content Manager position will be to manage the day to day member facing offer content for the mobile app and website to ensure that they are taking full advantage of opportunities to engage members and keep offerings relevant and fresh.You will be key point of coordination between the Partnerships, Marketing and Data and Insights teams to ensure the right content is sent to the right customers at the right time.The Content Manager will develop a good understanding of the relative strength of partner offerings and member perception of those offerings so you can contribute to the digital content delivery planning process.You will act as Partnerships representative for a joined-up approach to digital content planning and create relevant and effective member copy, based on brand guidelines. It will be important to ensure that member discounts are reactive to changing circumstancessuch as political statements, weather, major sporting events etc.You will work with the data and insights team to identify gaps in partner offers and opportunities for enhanced member discounts. This will require macro gap analysis of partner offerings in the marketplace and assisting the partnerships team with identifyingnew opportunities. There will also be responsibility for owning the offer content of the website and mobile applications and ensuring the delivery of in-app messaging which is consistent and relevant.This role would suit candidates with strong copywriting experience including the delivery of commercially focused digital content, ideally within a member-based organisation but this is by no means essential.You will have the option of hybrid working however the brand new office environment is fantastic with fully equipped and free-to-use gym, breakout areas and a games room etc. There is also an attractive benefits package available.If this sounds like the challenge you have been looking for, please apply via the link.
