AContent Developer / Designer (O365) is required for our client based in Leicester for an initial 3 month contract. The successful candidate will be required to transfer content from the client’s current platform over to O365. Knowledge of all O365 apps is essential.Overall Purpose of Role:To create and curate a range of materials to support digital learning across a range of programmes and projects organisation wide using Office 365 tools.Operational Development and Delivery• Design and delivery of multiple pieces of digital content for employee development, leadership and development, workforce planning, entry to employment, health and safety, staff engagement, health and wellbeing, performance management, change management and behavioural change.• Providing content development expertise, with a particular focus on supporting staff engagement through the creation of learning materials.• Providing content development advice, pointing stakeholders to the right tools, resources and OD team members.Content Development, Communication and Engagement Activities• Working closely and collaboratively with subject matter experts, colleagues and third parties to develop content using Office 365 tools.• Using a number of Office 365 digital technologies to communicate with and engage the organisation in learning and development content• Supporting the delivery of action plans by promotion of content within digital learning activities• Utilising the Office 365 suite of tools to develop the right content in the right application.Job Requirements/Personal Specification:Proven ability to support the content development of multiple initiatives.Ability to build positive working relationship at all levels by sharing relevant information and updates on key pieces of work.Ability to ask the right questions, analyse requirements and recommend appropriate Office 365 resources to support solutions.Excellent level of digital skills including proficient in general Office 365 products to include SharePoint, Sway, Stream, Forms, PowerPoint, OneDrive.Ability to demonstrate creative thinking in the development of materials to engage staff.Knowledge and preferred QualificationsKnowledge and experience in content development tools, techniques and principles and their practical application, particularly utilising Office 365 applications.ExperienceExperience working in collaboration with others in partnership to gain an understanding of their needs.Experience of designing, curating or working with third parties to design learning and development interventions.Experience of using tools and techniques to measure impact and evaluation of learning interventions.Experience of writing content and supporting communications.Experience of maintaining and developing digital applications, such as e-learning, on-line resources and toolkits
