Youll be supporting the Promote team working with new and existing clients to manage renewals, reorders and the fulfilment of orders so you will require impeccable customer service skills and experience using a CRM system (ideally Salesforce).A bit about us.Wilmington plc is a company with a difference. Mercia Group is one of them!Mercia Group is one of the leading providers of training and support services to the UK accountancy profession, working with over 8000 firms nationwide.Main Purpose of RoleThe position is within the Promote / Marketing Support department who support Accountancy practices with a full range of innovative marketing tools and services from bespoke websites, apps, client service information and newsletters. This department has busy periods throughout the year and as a small team we need flexibility and willingness from all our team members to exceed our client experience expectations.Key Responsibilities Include:- Responding to client enquires via phone, email or online chat to provide advice, information or answer queries about the full range of products available. These range from traditional printed support material for example factsheets, newsletters and tax cards to specific service enhancing packages, together with a range of digital services like websites, social media, apps and more.- Pro-actively contacting clients to arrange renewals of previously purchased products and raising awareness of other products.- Being involved in the complete buying process from initial product advice, advising clients on other suitable products and services available, taking orders and running invoice routines.Skills and Experience Required- Experience in the same or similar role- Previous administration experience- An excellent working knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel- Experience using Salesforce is desirable- Professional telephone manner- Ability to work under pressure- Attention to detail and be well organised- Ability to multi-task- Ability to deal courteously and efficiently with a wide range of peopleAs a portfolio Company, we are all different at Wilmington.
