Job Description

Chefs - All levels -Following on from out success as a destination restaurantThe role

  • Producing a high standard of food for all of our menus that is consistently excellent and reflects the 5 star service offering to our customers
  • Running a section and deputising for the Head Chef when required.
  • Working across a range of interesting and different menus
  • Ensuring the highest levels of hygiene and safety, ensuring the organisations food policy and strategy in areas such as allergen management are implemented and followed
  • Controlling the order and storage of food supplies
  • Ensuring that areas of work and machinery are maintained
About youYou will have a great personality, strong management skills - people management, time and resource management. You will have experience in a high quality establishment where consistency and excellence were key requirements. You can demonstrate you can workunder pressure whilst managing a diverse environment. You will be diligent, committed and with a desire to continually learn and improve and inspire that from others.You will be proactive with a positive attitude, have a flexible approach to work and working hours whilst being punctual.A team player with the ability to motivate, encourage and inspire others with good interpersonal skills. Your ability to bring creativity and flair into the everyday will be valued.This is a full-time role - 45 hours a week.We Offer:
