Job Description

Care Assistant (Nights) based at Foxton Grange, Leicester.Available Hours:Permanent - Full Time - 33 hours per week - Nights12 hours shifts worked over a two week rolling rota to include weekends and bank holidays.Commutable from Leicester and surrounding areas.Are you a compassionate individual who would like to make a difference to the lives of older people Do you want to work for an Award Winning Charity and leave a days work feeling like youve made a difference MHA are looking for a committed, hardworking individuals to join our thriving team at Foxton Grange.The role requires individuals who:

  • have the ability to form positive relationships with residents, their families and professional colleagues

It is a single storey purpose-built home offering up to 36 places for older people with early to advanced dementia care needs.The home is designed as a figure of eight configuration providing a great deal of walking space as well as two enclosed courtyards, creating outside areas that are safe for residents to enjoy.
