This company is a fast growing global eCommerce specialist headquartered in the heart of Leicester city centre with key partnerships with Adobe, BigCommerce, Shopify and Microsoft Dynamics.The role- Youll create a new Microsoft Dynamics 365 practice within our wider business, adopting a small existing customer base and team. - Youre role will be to build a new business unit, establish a high performance team, win new business and drive growth.- You will be prepared to take a hands on approach, but also have the ability to think strategy, plan and grow a new business unit.- You will work with the wider business and other heads of departments on combined opportunities.Desired skills- Strong ERP Implementation experience- Dynamics NAV, AX or 365 experience- Leadership, P&L Responsibility, Results Orientated- Experience of running technical teams, project delivery, support and operations- Used to working with a wide variety of clients from mid market to Blue chip- Can do attitude, self starter- Experience building a function from scratch, hiring, sales, marketingBenefits - A key member of the management team- Base Salary, and performance related bonus- Flexible working but likely to have considerable time office based (once things return to normal)- Based in Leicester city centre in a great refurbished office space. - Join a fast growing dynamic team- Car Parking provided if required- Some travel expected, but not significant.
