Job Description

About the roleOur busy and diverse IT department is looking for a Business Analyst who will drive the creation of industry-leading platforms in managing our stock vehicles.Were looking for a motivated and ambitious individual, who understands how outstanding technology solutions can make to our organisation in improving the customer journey.The role will be closely aligned to a software delivery team and will liaise with business leaders to ensure requirements are gathered and help report back the progress of these appropriately.Responsibilities of the role:

  • Experience in analysing complex cross-functional business requirements, reviewing and improving business processes
  • Ability to identify, manage, and resolve conflict while building successful business relationships across a range of stakeholder groups
  • Perform use-case analysis to model the interactions between systems and users
  • Identify how business requirements may be supported by business systems
  • Document requirements as user stories with user acceptance criteria within Azure DevOps
  • Deliver on commitments, and work collaboratively within the development team
  • Ability to identify business risks and provide solutions to mitigate them
  • Ability to communicate coherently to non-technically minded business stakeholders
  • Requirements of the role
  • 2-3 years of BA or Customer Journey experience
  • Practical understanding of agile / SCRUM methodologies
  • Experience in performing requirements elicitation
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work autonomously, and deliver on commitments in a timely fashion
  • Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to confidently meet stakeholders, build rapport and manage expectations
  • Ecommerce experience - not essential
