Job Description

Salary:Join a Top Employer 2022..We are recruiting a Branch Manager in Leicester where you will manage a local branch within the Plumbing & Heating Industry.This is a branch with huge potential for growth and opportunitiesIt will be your responsibility to manage the team on a day to day basis and to drive the sales, behaviours and gross margin profitability, whilst ensuringoutstanding customer service is delivered!Up for the challenge Heres what wed like you to have:

  • Previous branch management experience
  • Trade industry background welcomed not essential
  • Good understanding of Health and Safety issues and legislation e.g. first aid, manual handling, fire safety and appropriate mechanical handling
  • A passion to develop peoples skills & behaviours
  • Ambitious and professional approach to succeed
