Now more than ever, being a #NHSHero is something to be proud about.Due to additional funding, the Community Integrated Neurology and Stroke Service (CINSS) are looking to develop and we have exciting opportunities for Band 5 Occupational Therapists to join CINSS!The TeamCINSS was established in 2016 as part of the Better Care Together Initiative and strives to provide specialist integrated care to patients in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. The team continues to rapidly evolve and provides varied exciting opportunities to develop the service further, both clinically and organisationally. You will be working within a specialist multi-disciplinary team comprising of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Dieticians, Neuropsychologist, Rehabilitation Consultant and Generic Rehabilitation Technical Instructors.The RoleThis role requires a dedicated and autonomous Occupational Therapist. Clinical experience in Neurology and Stroke rehabilitation and previous community experience would be advantageous. The successful candidate will be required to manage a caseload in a busy, developing environment, working within the multi-disciplinary team to provide specialist neuro-rehabilitation in Community and Outpatient settings to people with a wide range of neurological conditions and stroke. Excellent organisational, communication and team working skills are required for this position, along with the ability to support other members of the CINSS team.If you are flexible, enthusiastic and committed we look forward to hearing from you.
