Job Description

Competitive salaryAstute Recruitment is working with a growing Accountancy Practice in Leicester to recruit an Audit Senior, who is a highly regarded as the go-to firmJob Description - Being a key part of the audit team as an Audit Senior, you will be required to:

  • Preparation of the audit plan and formulating strategies
  • Take an active part in the audit planning to identify audit risks and appropriate audit strategy
  • Oversee all aspects of audit fieldwork and completion
  • Monitoring budgets and understanding the commercial aspects involved such as billings and collections
  • Supervise and develop more junior members of staff
  • Preparation of corporate tax computations and online filling
  • Managing client relationships and identifying larger/wider commercial opportunities
    • The successful applicant will have: -
  • Sufficient experience in a similar role or looking to take that next step
  • Ideally, you will fully qualified (either ACA or ACCA or CA) but we will also consider strong semi seniors who are part qualified.
  • Have u to date knowledge of UKGAAP / IFRS
