An independent engineering and surveying consultancy are now seeking an experience Associate to join their well-established company in Leicester.The Associate Role The Associate will be required to co-lead a dynamic team of structural engineers and technicians, collaborating closely with directors, technical and project management.The Associate will regularly attend meetings with clients, architects, subcontractors, and other professionals and therefore will need to have strong interpersonal skills as well as experience previously managing teams.The Associate will be required to have a wealth of knowledge of design tools including Revit and TEDDs to be able to support and check calculations, specifications, drawings, and reports that are produced by others.The Associate
