Workforce Analytics Manager | NHS Band 6 | remote working 3 monthsOur NHS client is seeking an experience Analyst to assist in workforce vaccination reporting: Thorough analysis of Vaccination Site data using Foundry software and Lead Provider intelligence to produce detailed reporting and assurance on: Roster fill rates, operational capacity, staffing availability, vaccine event data & ad hoc reports. Attend meetings with stakeholders to present and provide insight into workforce data and confirm regional system position. Work closely with Lead Provider rostering and data leads to understand issues and provide technical support and system maintenance advice where appropriate. Provide the analysis and interpretation of data to support optimal decision making by the Senior Team, Workforce Managers and National Team.
