Mercia Group is one of them!Mercia Group is one of the leading providers of training and support services to the UK accountancy profession, working with over 8000 firms nationwide.Main Purpose of RoleAs an administrator within the inhouse services team, you will be responsible for ensuring that the operational aspects of our inhouse services are running smoothly and that the related systems, reports and correspondence are kept up-to-dateResponsibilities:- Course setup on database / Zoom, including recording appropriate information on related spreadsheets, ensuring host allocated- Online course hosting where necessary- Dates planning in diaries / with consultants / clients / inhouse executives- Prepare information for / proofreading of client programmes- Generation of course assessment summaries- Arranging of course recordings / providing recordings to client- Monitor / manage file review mailbox and pass to appropriate inhouse services executive- CDD checks for file review clients- Client and review setup on secure document exchange- Support client access to internal systems- Ensure files uploaded ready for review- Management of courier collections / postage tracking of reviews- Tracking of client reports to ensure timely completion- Issuing of reviewed reports via internal systems- Other related responsibilities as requiredSkills and Experience Required- Experience in the same or similar role- A high level of experience in diary scheduling / diary management- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills and the ability to work to a deadline with minimal supervision. This is important as the team works in a hybrid office/home environment- Good skills in ICT / Excel and the ability to summarise information for the benefit of third parties- This person does not need to be technical but will need the confidence to converse with colleagues, clients and partners around the administrative aspects of our apprenticeship courses- Strong English skills, backed by the relevant qualification(s): GCSE, key skills or functional skillsAs a portfolio Company, we are all different at Wilmington.
