Mercia Group is one of them!Mercia Group is one of the leading providers of training and support services to the UK accountancy profession, working with over 8000 firms nationwide.Main Purpose of RoleAs the Training Team Administrator your main responsibilities include:Reception and enrolments:- Answering telephones professionally- Directing calls to correct departments/individuals- Taking messages- Assisting clients on online chat function- Directing clients around our website for additional information- Monitoring and distributing emails and client queries from the enrolments inbox- Assisting with processing client course bookings, including swaps, changes and cancellationsAdministrator duties:- Recording attendances and feedback from courses and preparing associated reports- Sending out brochures, course notes and other information to clients- Contacting clients and venues and supporting the training events assistants- Some typing - email, letters and other correspondence- Updating a database system for client correspondence- Processing invoices on SalesforceSkills and Experience Required- Experience in the same or similar role- Excellent organisational skills- Ability to manage changing priorities- Strong communication and administrative skills- Good Microsoft word and outlook skills- Enthusiastic team player with a desire to help other"We are committed to equality, equality of opportunity and valuing diversity" Required skills
