Role Title: AdministratorLocation: LeicesterWorking Hours: Monday - Friday 08.30am - 17.00pm (37.5hrs)Role Purpose: A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our Cooling Technologies Division as an administrator with primary duties to provide support to our management teams, engineers, and customers to provide excellent service to support the day-to-day operation ofthe regional business.Main Duties and Responsibilities include:o To answer and log incoming calls from internal and external Customerso Co-ordination of engineer resource labour in conjunction with the management teamo To process all Engineers Timesheets and Worksheets and record them in a timely mannero Complete all Service and Maintenance specific administration to final invoiceo To source and place orders for all materials and partso To ensure the correct procedure is followed for the addition of new customers andvendorso To provide the correct information to the management team for all contracts (New or Renewed)o To record and control hire equipment and rentalso To ensure the Regions WIP is kept to a minimumo To provide the management team with all relevant information to effectively manage Maintenance Contractso To monitor the performance of the Out of Hours service, identifying any ongoing works and issues that need to be reported to the management teamo To provide up to date customer lists and rotas to the Out of Hours help desko Support the regional engineers with any specific site admin requirementso Daily support of service operationso Quoting of remedial works.o Maintaining effective communication with contracted customersEssential: Proficient and experience of All Microsoft Office Applications - Excel, Word, Outlook Demonstrate Financial & Commercial Awareness National Logistical Awareness Good communication skills - written and verbal Ability to work to targets and objectives Ability to stay calm in a high paced environment Self-motivated and enthusiastic Collaborative approach to problem-solving Organisation and time management Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines Demonstrate good team working ability Logical and methodical.Desirable: Work Experience & Technical knowledge within the Cooling industry advantageous
