Job Description

Accounts AssistantPermanent, Engineering Manufacturing Company, LE19Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm,Salary £24,960p/a + benefitsDuties

  • Enter financial data accurately and promptly into Sage Line 200
  • Generate daily invoices and credit notes for purchase and sales ledgers
  • Credit control, chasing payments with customers and agreeing payment terms
  • Opening and creating new customer credit accounts onto systems
  • Liaising with internal departments, stakeholders and customers professionally over the phone and email
  • Filing and ad hoc duties
Requirements
  • Ideally you have min 3 years working background in Finance/Accounts environment
  • Proficient with SAGE and MS Excel
  • Attention to detail and organised
