  • Level 3 Diploma in Children’s Residential Care (or equivalent)
  • Experience of Leading a Team
  • Driver (company provide a car / mini bus during working hours)
  • Able to work unsociable hours
  • Working in an Energetic and fast paced environment
  • Follow a Safer Recruitment Practice by completing CareTech’s Children’s Application prior to interview

  • Who we are!Our home currently supports young people between 3-19 years old who may display complex health care needs, learning disabilities, challenging behaviours, emotional, and social difficulties. As Team Leader you will have the ability to lead a team, providing consistency of care and support to our young people. You will also have compassion and a commitment to building positive relationships.We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the people we support. Candidates will be asked to complete our application form prior to interview.
