Job Description

Customer Service AdvisorLocation: LeekStarting salary between £19025 - £20525 dependent on experienceHours: Full TimeAre you interested in joining a high-performing team, working for a large, global business creating an excellent level of customer serviceOur client is seeking passionate Customer Service Advisors to be part of their Mortgage Services team in Leek. You will be responsible for assisting customers with queries and general administration of their mortgage account.You do not need any experience within mortgages or financial services as our client offers fantastic training. So, if you are looking to move your career into a great sector with amazing career progression opportunities, then this is the role for you!Main Responsibilities:

    • Providing a superb level of customer service
    • Operating effectively within a wider customer experience team
    • Discussing features of customers mortgages or insurance all within the documented processes
    • Handling standard queries and specialist enquiries where appropriate
    • Identifying vulnerable customers, showing empathy and considering referral to the vulnerable team.
In order to be successful, all you need to have is:
    • A passion for helping people
    • Transferrable experience of customer service
    • Experience of developing strong customer relationships
    • Confident in using multiple computer systems
