About the roleJob title: Youth Routeways Contract ManagerLocation: Yorkshire (Leeds City Region)Salary and Benefits: £41,986 along with a generous holiday allowance (30 days), a 6% matched pension scheme, a range of voluntary benefits, excellent training, and family friendly policies to support flexible working.We are inviting applications from experienced Managers to lead the £2.5m+ Youth Routeways Project in the Leeds City Region, which is part-funded by the European Social Fund (ESF).The Contract Manager will play a key role in leading the strategic direction of the Youth Routeways Project and be responsible for delivering the Projects objectives using our employability and careers resources and infrastructure to supportthe sustainable participation NEET of young people (15-24) into employment and training, through effective employer-focussed interventions (e.g. awareness raising, visits and work experience). Developing and maintaining excellent collaborative relations withlocal Youth and NEET providers, stakeholders and employers will be key to the success of the project.We are seeking contract/ programme leaders with experience of managing both operational delivery staff and internal/ external stakeholders, is skilled in managing large budgets (ESF an advantage), believes in exceeding client and beneficiaries needs andis committed to quality and changing lives.
