Job Description

Job AdvertWorkflow planner: C8Are you looking for an exciting new challenge in a fast paced and ever changing environmentAbout the role:We have a brilliant opportunity for a Workflow Planner to join our team! As a Planner you will own the production & delivery of various exciting projects through our in-house design team, striving to ensure activity is landed on brand and on time, withall the relevant approvals in place.You will work closely with our Campaign team, in-house studio and content teams to ensure all milestones are hit to enable a smooth and timely delivery.The role sits within the Workflow team focussing on the production of social media within the Brand communications teamwith a specific focus on channel execution.What will you be responsible for

  • Using Workfront system to brief activity into the In-house studio team with a speciality for Social media, ensuring all information is present and accurate before briefing takes place to limit amends.
  • Running regular production meetings to manage progress across the teams and maintain momentum, reporting back up to the Workflow manager.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with marketing teams & external agency partners.
  • Management of internal stakeholders to deliver results efficiently, collating feedback from all teams and effectively briefing amends to studio teams for correct output against the agreed critical path.
  • Ensure all social deliverables have full approval before sharing with the relevant teams for delivery.
  • Supporting the Workflow Manager on process improvements to drive efficiencies in Ways of Working.
  • Escalation of potential high-risk issues to Workflow Manager.
  • Exploring the effectiveness of data we hold within Workfront & how we use this to influence workflow improvements.
