Job AdverteCommerce Web Analytics LeadAre you a web analytics expert with a talent for using analytics data to make key decisions Do you enjoy spotting opportunities in data and storytellingThe Asda Grocery eCommerce Data & optimisation Team, work across the horizontal, we are responsible for developing and continually improving systems and experiences that underpin the Asda Grocery eCommerce business. The Web Analytics Lead is at the spearheadof the team, putting accurate, qualified opportunities in the hands of key squad owners and stakeholders to make informed decisions highlighting key opportunities and insight to solve customer problems.Work Where it Works.Our hybrid way of working gives you the choice to work where it works. It offers a mix of working from home and in an office environment that works best for you and your team, as well as acrossour network of stores and depots.About the roleReporting into the Senior ManagereCommerce Data and optimisation, you will be responsible for delivering the website analytics strategy, including reporting and decisioning. You will be hands on and also collaborate with product teams and tech partnersYou will

  1. Build, spot and act on instrumentation to optimise customer experience
  2. Communicate, continuous opportunities to enhance business performance through innovative use of analytical techniques and storytelling,
  3. Analyse and communicate tests and trial outcomes, joining clickstream and BI data with clarity and accuracy
  4. Provide support to the wider product team in delivering honest growth through positive change

  • Experience in web analytics, Adobe Cloud is desired but not necessary.
  • Aptitude to model data, formulate conclusions and present opportunities effectively across the eCommerce horizontal
  • Passion to solve complex problems with a keen eye to spot anomalies within large datasets.
  • Forward-thinking mindset with ability to make decisions and adapt plans accordingly.
  • Fully conversant in analytics and statistical concepts.
  • Good organisational skills
