We are a business that has great foundations, that is trusted and has talented people who are inspired to deliver the best productsand services for our customers.What will I be doing in the roleOur Operators are very important to the smooth running of the business, you will be responsible to ensure the safe, continuous, effective and efficient production of our products. Your role is important to help ensure products are where they need to be ontime and you will be responsible for meeting required plant outputs to ensure that the product moves to the next process step in a condition that is ready for delivery to the customer. To support our customers effectively you will;

  • Maintain and promote safe working standards with a commitment to your own and others safety
  • Ensure all required data and documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Embrace, plan and organise a diverse range of operational activities to support business needs
  • Maintain and drive World Class Manufacturing (WCM) performance standards as part of a high performing team
  • Operate vehicles
  • Work on a fully automated production line with a high level of autonomy
